They make the most of the Channel Gardens at Rockefeller Center, including beautiful seasonal plantings such as these.

Fig. 2 is the hyacinths that were there last year at this time.

Fig. 3 are some plantings at City Hall, again, last year at this time. We were thinking of going around and photographing the spring plantings at the many pocket parks, the sidewalk planters, the "tree pits", etc. ... but there are always a million more things to photograph then we have time to do!
