Terra-cotta angels (detail, 2-jpg) bring relief to this strict grid of window and brick.

Otherwise, this building (in context) follows the "1, 3, top" rule of ornamentation -- the bottom of 1-jpg is the third floor, marked by a belt courses and windows with extra trimmings (detail).
