Fluorescence

This building is sheathed in reflective blue glass, and due to this and also to it's being on Manhattan's narrowest avenue, has mostly frustrated the Rube's photographic efforts so far ... The fainter of the two sets of lights here are actually WorldCom's; the others belong to the building facing it.
